4 Stone Buildings is a significant contributor to the Chancery Bar Association’s International Conference in Bermuda on 10th May 2019, attended by leading local law firms. Chris Harrison, Anna Markham, and Albert Sampson are presenting the seminar on Shareholder Disputes, including the new requirements for leave in international derivative actions and knotty issues on privilege and discovery. Donald Lilly is speaking on share valuation issues, in particular the meaning of fair valuations in appraisal contexts.
