February 8, 2023

We are delighted to announce that Charles Marquand has been appointed to the panel of the Chambre Arbitrale Internationale de Paris (International Arbitration Chamber of Paris) (CAIP). The CAIP was established in 1926 as an independent and non-profit organisation. Located in one of the major arbitral centres in Europe, it has an international reputation. Over 70% of the arbitrations managed by CAIP involve at least one non-French party, and over 30% involve two non-French parties. Its highly experienced arbitrators deal with international disputes in a wide variety of different areas. Charles Marquand sits as an arbitrator in financial and commercial disputes and is on the panels and databases of many other arbitral organisations.
