Charles Marquand has been taking part in a virtual seminar series entitled ‘Fundamental Skills in the Counsel Practice of Arbitration’ hosted by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (European Branch). The series is led by senior international arbitration practitioners and offers valuable insights and techniques.
Charles has spoken on two virtual seminars in the series already including ‘Choosing Arbitrators’ and ‘Preparing witnesses for examination’, both webinars were recorded and can be viewed here. The next webinar of this series, ‘Preparing for and conducting cross-examination’ is taking place tomorrow at 9am (GMT). Registration can be found here.
