We are delighted to announce that Charles Marquand has been appointed to the panel of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA). AFSA was formed in 1996 as a non-profit organisation, with the objective of providing fair and reliable dispute resolution in southern Africa. Over the years AFSA has transformed the way in which the business sector in southern Africa handles disputes and it has become the national and regional leader in its field. Charles Marquand sits as an arbitrator in financial and commercial disputes and is on the panels and databases of many other arbitral organisations.
