Charles Marquand will be attending the COMBAR India Roundtable conference in Delhi on 13th – 14th September with Justice Nariman and Lord Hoffmann attending as guests from British High Commission. The conference will focus on matters such as the respective rules of contractual interpretation in England and India, as well the concept of “court craft.” More information can be found here.
