Ben Lashmar

Ben Lashmar is our Joint Senior Clerk.

Joining Chambers in 1993, he is responsible for leading the Clerking team and overseeing the strategic development of chambers, both domestically and internationally.  His understanding of individual practices, coupled with his pragmatic and proactive approach, allow him to make considered and trusted recommendations to clients.

Winner of the L500 Clerk of the year award in 2022, he is recognised in both Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 for his user-friendly and committed approach to clerking. He is a qualified member of the Institute of Barristers’ Clerks, and is a past management committee member of PILARS, a pro-bono organization that provides free representation to debtors in bankruptcy cases.
