Jack Fletcher was presented with a red bag by Hefin Rees KC of 3VB for his work on Morjaria v Mirza [2025] EWHC 1961 (Ch), which was the subject of an 8-week trial in the Chancery Division from January-March 2025.
The presentation of a red bag to a junior barrister by a silk is traditionally done to recognise outstanding work done by a junior when led by a silk in a case.
