The High Court (Mr Justice Miles) has handed down judgment following a trial relating to the administration of a Formula 1 racing team in which an unsuccessful bidder for the company’s business & assets tried to hold the joint administrators liable in negligence and negligent misstatement in relation to the conduct of the sale.
