Recent examples include Republic of Mozambique v Credit Suisse, a high value, multiparty piece of litigation relating to allegations of fraud. Members of the set also appeared in Autonomy Corporation v Michael Lynch, a very large scale fraud case, and Banca Generali v CFE (Suisse) SA and SCO, a finance related matter.
