The 5th edition of the eBook has benefitted from an interim update to the Corporate Insolvency section, following the approval of the Corporate Insolvency and Governance (Coronavirus) (Extension of the Relevant Period) Regulations 2020, which extends the “relevant period” in the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020 for certain provisions which was due to end on 30 September 2020.
