We are pleased to announce that Alexander Cook KC and Adam Holliman have been appointed to the Legal Services Panel for the Government of the British Virgin Islands. The Government of the BVI, acting through its Attorney General, has created the Legal Services Panel of legal practitioners and consultants to provide drafting, civil and specialist legal services to the Government. The objective of the Legal Services Panel is to improve outcomes in all areas of legal practice by efficiently accessing the appropriate level of skill, qualification and expertise as and when needed, to work in close collaboration with in-house counsel from the Attorney General’s Chambers. The appointment is for an initial period of two years. The appointment will stand alongside their existing practice.
