Arbitration, Virtual Assets- Problems and Tactics: 4 Stone Buildings to host a seminar in the DIFC

4 Stone Buildings are excited to announce that Richard Hill KC, Sharif A. Shivji KC, Alexander Cook KC, Alastair Tomson, Zara McGlone, Karl Anderson and Hossein Sharafi will be in Dubai next week to deliver a seminar on the topic of DIFC Law. The seminar is entitled Arbitration, Virtual Assets- Problems and Tactics and will take place on Thursday 18th January in the DIFC.

“As cryptocurrencies and other virtual assets becomes an increasingly hot topic for dispute resolution practitioners, 4 Stone Buildings will look at issues arising in virtual assets disputes as well as tactics for how to tackle such issues as they arise, whether through the courts or in an arbitration context.”
