On 31 July 2024 the Court of Appeal gave judgment in Banca Generali Spa v Sovereign Credit Opportunities SA & Anor in which it upheld the judgment of Mr Simon Gleeson (sitting as a Deputy High Court Judge). Andrew de Mestre KC and Andrew Rose acted for the successful Respondent in establishing the rights of Senior Noteholders to change an important agent in the securitisation structure.
