The Lawyer recently published its list of the ‘Top 20 Cases of 2024’, which this year features Various claimants v. Serco Group. For the defendant, Serco Group, are three members of chambers Richard Hill KC, Andrew de Mestre KC and Andrew Rose. Instructed by Clifford Chance partners Luke Tolaini and Kelwin Nicholls and senior associates Roy Appiah, Lydia Tuckey and Ji Eun Park.
As the first claim of its kind to go to trial, it will accordingly be the first opportunity for the court to rule on several important legal questions relating to Section 90A claims.
