Eight members of chambers have reviewed and updated the 9th edition of Loose & Griffiths on Liquidators, published by LexisNexis UK in December 2019. The text provides a guide to the law relating to company liquidations and the role of the liquidator within that process. It covers topics such as the status, appointment, duties and powers of liquidators, as well as the relationship between the liquidator and creditors, members, receivers and the court.
