4 Stone Buildings is delighted to announce that Zara McGlone and Nicholas Wright have been appointed to the Attorney Generalโs B Panel of counsel. Both Zara and Nicholas have been promoted from the C Panel to the B Panel.
Their appointment will take effect from 1 September 2026 for a period of five years.
The Attorney Generalโs panels of counsel consist of junior counsel who undertake civil and EU work for all government departments. All government departments and agencies of those departments are required to use Panel counsel. B Panel members deal with substantial cases on their behalf, generally where knowledge and experience of a particular field is required. Potential appointees to the Panel must formally apply and face significant competition.
